    UNPACK & STORE: Your BBQ package arrives fully cooked, vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen to hold in all its flavor and moisture. Be careful with any leftover dry ice. No Dry Ice? No Problem. If it's still cool to touch, you can put the product in your freezer for up to six months.

    THAW & HEAT: Thaw products in refrigerator for 24 to 72 hours depending on the density of the item. Some products may be boiled in their bag. For all other items remove the sealed plastic before heating.

    Packages are shipped Monday through Thursday via FedEx for delivery within the same business week. Arrival dates are based on earliest possible date for your recipient. Most ground shipments will arrive within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping and handling charges are based on merchandise total per recipient address and shipping method. Express service for guaranteed arrival dates and/or Saturday delivery (where available) is optional for an additional charge.

    I always enjoy Jack Stack their products are my favorites. This is the first time I ever got my order without having to put up with FEDEX delivering it late and having to get replacements (3 to 4 days late on perishable item is not fine). Everything was still frozen and they delivered on schedule. I was amazed!!

    Ordered the main sampler kit, with the extra rib rack and classic bbq sauce. Received on the very day specified. It was packaged completely in its own ice chest with dry ice. Everything in the shipment arrived safely and exactly as described!

    We had to relocate for grandchildren, but thank goodness for Jack Stack delivery. The delicious taste, fall off the bone tender ribs are exactly like the restaurant fare, minus great table service and atmosphere - it's hard to package the latter. The vacuum packaging in heavy weight plastic is perfect. Deliveries are by courier (Fedex always in our case) and everything arrives on the date ordered. Packing includes a heavy cardboard box and then a very nice styrofoam box inside of that. Food is flash frozen with a generous amount of dry ice. We've never had a delivery that even began to thaw, not even in Oklahoma summer heat. Jack Stack delivery is of the same high quality service and as the restaurants are famous for. Thanks to the Jack Stack team for not throwing us expat's under the bus. We love you and your BBQ!

    Well, well, well. No, not 3 holes in the ground.... Just an appreciative rib fan. I have loved beef and venison ribs, but pork is my closest cousin. These were fall off the bone tender bites and the bones themselves were soft and flavorful. The sauce was a tasty mix of flavors and had a thickness that wasn't too sticky. I suppose I should include a photo my friend took of me looking lovingly at a rib.

    I've been a consumer of Jack Stack BBQ since childhood and the early Smokestack restaurants. It has made me a confirmed BBQ snob, as I've never tasted better or even equivalent BBQ - and I've looked across America like a blue tick hound. The sauced pork spare ribs are no exception. They disappear faster than tears in the desert. Because of grandkids and a forced relocation out of the KC area, I survive thanks to the outstanding delivery and service of Jack Stack. Thank you all and I hope to see you in person again soon.
