Handling Guidelines for your Jack Stack BBQ Shipment

UNPACK & STORE: Your BBQ package arrives fully cooked, vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen to hold in all its flavor and moisture. Be careful with any leftover dry ice. No Dry Ice? No Problem. If it's still cool to touch, you can put the product in your freezer for up to six months.

THAW & HEAT: Thaw products in refrigerator for 24 to 72 hours depending on the density of the item. Some products may be boiled in their bag. For all other items remove the sealed plastic before heating.

To enjoy Jack Stack BBQ products at their best, proper heating is essential. We strongly encourage you to use your grill for heating meats when it's recommended. We do not recommend heating any of our products in the microwave with the exception of our two desserts, Mom's Carrot Cake and Triple Chocolate Brownie.

Always worth it. Never disappointed. I tried boiling the brisket (in the bag) and putting the burnt ends in the oven wrapped in foil. Definitely the way to go with these two products. I baked/grilled them last time and it was a little dry.

We love Jack Stack BBQ! We even had our rehearsal dinner at the Freight House location! But I moved to NY almost 7 years ago and can't get good BBQ here (great italian food though). So when I saw that JS offers delivery we decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed! The beef brisket and burnt ends were amazing. Easy to cook and delicious! This package was ordered as a Father's Day gift and shipped back to New England. I paid extra for the 2 day shipping and it actually got there in 24 Hours... Family up there called back and said it was the best they ever had... Only draw back is that you have to thaw it for 24 hours prior to reheating... I don't remember reading that anywhere. That info should be disclosed somewhere before you purchase. Everything worked out great... Thanks Jack Stack... will definitely use this site again...
