Handling Guidelines for your Jack Stack BBQ Shipment

UNPACK & STORE: Your BBQ package arrives fully cooked, vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen to hold in all its flavor and moisture. Be careful with any leftover dry ice. No Dry Ice? No Problem. If it's still cool to touch, you can put the product in your freezer for up to six months.

THAW & HEAT: Thaw products in refrigerator for 24 to 72 hours depending on the density of the item. Some products may be boiled in their bag. For all other items remove the sealed plastic before heating.

To enjoy Jack Stack BBQ products at their best, proper heating is essential. We strongly encourage you to use your grill for heating meats when it's recommended. We do not recommend heating any of our products in the microwave with the exception of our two desserts, Mom's Carrot Cake and Triple Chocolate Brownie.

Packages are shipped Monday through Thursday via FedEx for delivery within the same business week. Arrival dates are based on earliest possible date for your recipient. Most ground shipments will arrive within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping and handling charges are based on merchandise total per recipient address and shipping method. Express service for guaranteed arrival dates and/or Saturday delivery (where available) is optional for an additional charge.

Standard Shipping & Delivery Rates (per address)
  • Standard shipping method is FedEx Ground.
  • Shipping charges are applied to each shipping address provided.
  • Orders made by 11:30 a.m. (CT) will be processed that day and orders taken after 11:30 a.m. (CT) will be applied the following business day.

We sent the full combo meal as a housewarming gift and it was definitely appreciated. One suggestion: It would be helpful if the catering department could make recommendations that could be used for online ordering based on numbers of guests. Having ordered catering previously for 100 guests, I know that department has good suggestions for serving a variety of foods for various numbers of guests. That way a host receiving the gift will know how many guests to invite based on the quantity of food in the package.

Everything was just as good as if we were in the restaurant. The quality is the same. Delicious!! I am a lifelong fan.

Ordered the Fiorella's family pack for my parents for Christmas. They received it on time, still frozen solid, so the shipping and prep were spot-on. They have tried a couple of different items so far and have nothing but praise.
On one package of the sausage, the seal had broken, so it obviously wasn't vacuum sealed any more. My Dad called the company and asked them if they thought it would be safe, since it was still frozen. Without any hesitation, they told him to throw it away and are shipping a replacement package.
Absolutely the best customer service I've seen in ages.
Will definitely be ordering again.
