Handling Guidelines for your Jack Stack BBQ Shipment

UNPACK & STORE: Your BBQ package arrives fully cooked, vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen to hold in all its flavor and moisture. Be careful with any leftover dry ice. No Dry Ice? No Problem. If it's still cool to touch, you can put the product in your freezer for up to six months.

THAW & HEAT: Thaw products in refrigerator for 24 to 72 hours depending on the density of the item. Some products may be boiled in their bag. For all other items remove the sealed plastic before heating.

To enjoy Jack Stack BBQ products at their best, proper heating is essential. We strongly encourage you to use your grill for heating meats when it's recommended. We do not recommend heating any of our products in the microwave with the exception of our two desserts, Mom's Carrot Cake and Triple Chocolate Brownie.

Express service for guaranteed arrival dates and/or Saturday delivery (where available) is optional for an additional charge.

I've visited Jack Stack in KC several times over the years. It was a regular stop on my Kansas City BBQ tour.
I grew up despising baked beans. But, when in Kansas City several years ago, a friend bullied me into trying your beans. Oh, my goodness! Ahhhhmazing.
Fast forward to 2022. I like in Wisconsin. Mom was wanting ribs and word and flavor association reminded me of your beans. I had to order. Not only were they as good as I remember, but Mom and Aunt understood my renewed obsession.

This arrived right on time, and it was DELICIOUS. I haven't had Jack Stack in a hot minute, so it was wonderful to have this as a nice family meal. The instructions were easy to follow, and the food tasted exactly the way it was supposed to. This fed our family of five and a guest easily, and there were enough left overs for sandwiches the next day. Definitely well worth the purchase!

I lived in KC for 12 years. My team gets quarantined in Florida. I introduce them to real KC BBQ with you guys. We all loved it.
Only problem, both packages of half slabs of pork ribs are cut open at the same spot. Don't know how. Maybe a packaging problem?

I did not find my order, but it was absolutely the best ham I ever served and my guests agreed, with all the other wonderful things included. I have since moved back to the KC area and can now personally enjoy your food. I'm from back in the SmokeStack days, when I was a kid out there off 71 Hwy. Love the burnt ends, too.
