UNPACK & STORE: Your BBQ package arrives fully cooked, vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen to hold in all its flavor and moisture. Be careful with any leftover dry ice. No Dry Ice? No Problem. If it's still cool to touch, you can put the product in your freezer for up to six months.

THAW & HEAT: Thaw products in refrigerator for 24 to 72 hours depending on the density of the item. Some products may be boiled in their bag. For all other items remove the sealed plastic before heating.

To enjoy Jack Stack BBQ products at their best, proper heating is essential. We strongly encourage you to use your grill for heating meats when it's recommended. We do not recommend heating any of our products in the microwave with the exception of our two desserts, Mom's Carrot Cake and Triple Chocolate Brownie.

I grew up in Kansas City and used to go here for ribs. I ordered some to be shipped recently, and they are still the best ribs that I've had. Very meaty, juicy and tender with a slightly smoky flavor, the ribs are only surpassed by the baked beans. They are the perfect texture and flavor, and have some of the smoked meat mixed into them. When we lived in Kansas City and frequented Jack Stack as a family and I would have business lunch's there a lot. They have a great menu and barbecue that is the best in KC.
Now we live in Utah and we still love great barbecue and we order it frequently. It is still the same great barbecue flavor we loved while living in KC. My brother and I try and hit a Chiefs game every year. Jack Stack and the Chiefs a great combination.

My sister ordered the duet meal for my wife and I for Christmas. The package came on time and in excellant shape. The best part was the meal it self. The best BBQ I ever had and the beans and chessy corn is out of this world. If there was 10 stars I would have given them 10. Also all instructions on heating was simple and easy. Great service.

We received the Duet as a joint birthday gift and must admit they are the best ribs we've ever had (and we love BBQ ribs). I withheld a star because there is such a high fat content (obviously contributing to the taste).
