UNPACK & STORE: Your BBQ package arrives fully cooked, vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen to hold in all its flavor and moisture. Be careful with any leftover dry ice. No Dry Ice? No Problem. If it's still cool to touch, you can put the product in your freezer for up to six months.

THAW & HEAT: Thaw products in refrigerator for 24 to 72 hours depending on the density of the item. Some products may be boiled in their bag. For all other items remove the sealed plastic before heating.

To enjoy Jack Stack BBQ products at their best, proper heating is essential. We strongly encourage you to use your grill for heating meats when it's recommended. We do not recommend heating any of our products in the microwave with the exception of our two desserts, Mom's Carrot Cake and Triple Chocolate Brownie.

I've been addicted to Jack Stack BBQ (beginning with Smoke Stack) since childhood, seven decades in the past. There's simply no Jack Stack food I don't love and that certainly includes the Beef Burnt Ends. We were forced to move away from KC by children and grandchildren, but thank goodness we're able to have Jack Stack delicacies delivered. All that is missing is great restaurant service and the delectable cole slaw (can't be shipped).

I've lived many places across the nation related to corporate relocations and dined around the world. There's no substitute for Jack Stack BBQ in my opinion!

Ordered the baby back ribs - then decided to try the burnt ends as a secondary item. Well, as good as the baby back ribs were -- the ends might have been better. I say "might" because there was nothing left - and we are left with declaring a draw. Both are fantastic.

While I like to think we have the best Bar B Q right here in Texas, I can't find beef burnt ends anywhere except in Kansas City. But not all Kansas City Bar B Q is worthy of a 5 star review. Jack's burnt ends are simply the best! Beefy and tasty. I can't wait for them to have their next sale so I can stock up on them for future celebrations.

As a former KC resident now living in Colorado this is the second time I ordered Jack Stack burnt ends and the Chiefs win the Super Bowl. When I lived in KC for 40 years burnt ends was always what I ordered at the Martin City location. These travel as well as in the restaurant and are tender and extremely favorable with the Jack Stack Sauce. I would recommend to anyone who loves barbecue. THANKS !!!!

Spent years in KCMO quite awhile ago and many times went to the "Smokestack" as it was called then, and usually had the burnt ends if they were available . Would always stop there when driving thru town and take some sauce & burnt ends with me. Finally decided to order some online to celebrate my birthday! So far I've only had the pork burnt ends and they are as good as I remember them-tender, tasty and they bring back good memories!! Will order again after I go thru the 8# of pork & 2# of beef! For two years in a row we have ordered the beef burnt ends for using with our Thanksgiving meal. They are so good! They melt in your mouth! Arrived in time and still frozen, so no problems. We had them with stuffing, creamed corn and butternut squash. Yummy! We're not big turkey fans so to us this was much better! Would definitely recommend!
