UNPACK & STORE: Your BBQ package arrives fully cooked, vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen to hold in all its flavor and moisture. Be careful with any leftover dry ice. No Dry Ice? No Problem. If it's still cool to touch, you can put the product in your freezer for up to six months.

THAW & HEAT: Thaw products in refrigerator for 24 to 72 hours depending on the density of the item. Some products may be boiled in their bag. For all other items remove the sealed plastic before heating.

The Heating Guide

To enjoy Jack Stack BBQ products at their best, proper heating is essential. We strongly encourage you to use your grill for heating meats when it's recommended. We do not recommend heating any of our products in the microwave with the exception of our two desserts, Mom's Carrot Cake and Triple Chocolate Brownie.

This was an add-on for me because I wanted to try it along side the beef burnt ends. They were both very different. The beef was soft and tender with good beefy flavor (I know, duh, right?) The pork burnt ends were a little bit dryer and tougher (probably because there was no fat to render like with the beef?) but the flavor was much different. The pork was a great medium for all the BBQ pit aromas and flavors to combine with. I can't say one was better than the other. Both had their different enjoyable factors and I would absolutely order them again in a minute.

Wasn't sure what to expect when shipping my daughter, on the east coast, Bar-b-Que, but ordered and paid for FedExAir service. The food was delivered the day I'd selected, frozen solid with additional ice packs, and heating instructions. I sent ribs, burnt ends, beans, and cheesy corn. She reheated as instructed and said everything was DELICIOUS!!
It wasn't inexpensive to send my Philly girl some KC bbq, but worth every cent sharing some hometown goodness with her and her friends for their SuperBowl party. (None of which had had KC bbq.) I've been invited to send JackStack anytime I'd like and now know how easy it is. I also would feel comfortable sending it FedExGround now that I know the care taken to ship it. I only have good things to say about JS and this experience.

I ordered pork burnt ends for the first time (beef has always been our go to) and my husband was a little apprehensive. They were AMAZING, my new favorite! Soft, succulent, so flavorful the smokey favor really came through! We're believers!

This was an add-on for me because I wanted to try it along side the beef burnt ends. They were both very different. The beef was soft and tender with good beefy flavor (I know, duh, right?) The pork burnt ends were a little bit dryer and tougher (probably because there was no fat to render like with the beef?) but the flavor was much different. The pork was a great medium for all the BBQ pit aromas and flavors to combine with. I can't say one was better than the other. Both had their different enjoyable factors and I would absolutely order them again in a minute.

Wasn't sure what to expect when shipping my daughter, on the east coast, Bar-b-Que, but ordered and paid for FedExAir service. The food was delivered the day I'd selected, frozen solid with additional ice packs, and heating instructions. I sent ribs, burnt ends, beans, and cheesy corn. She reheated as instructed and said everything was DELICIOUS!!
It wasn't inexpensive to send my Philly girl some KC bbq, but worth every cent sharing some hometown goodness with her and her friends for their SuperBowl party. (None of which had had KC bbq.) I've been invited to send JackStack anytime I'd like and now know how easy it is. I also would feel comfortable sending it FedExGround now that I know the care taken to ship it. I only have good things to say about JS and this experience.

This is our second order of Pork Burnt Ends. First time we ordered was for Thanksgiving...just my husband, grown son, & myself, since my husband was on call at the hospital. We live in Pennsylvania and received a good recommendation...it was so good!! This time, we served our daughter & her fiance at Christmastime...they live in the midwest and are true BBQ fans! We had this on Dec 23rd...and it was a HIT!!!
