Handling Guidelines for your Jack Stack BBQ Shipment

UNPACK & STORE: Your BBQ package arrives fully cooked, vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen to hold in all its flavor and moisture. Be careful with any leftover dry ice. No Dry Ice? No Problem. If it's still cool to touch, you can put the product in your freezer for up to six months.

THAW & HEAT: Thaw products in refrigerator for 24 to 72 hours depending on the density of the item. Some products may be boiled in their bag. For all other items remove the sealed plastic before heating.

To enjoy Jack Stack BBQ products at their best, proper heating is essential. We strongly encourage you to use your grill for heating meats when it's recommended. We do not recommend heating any of our products in the microwave with the exception of our two desserts, Mom's Carrot Cake and Triple Chocolate Brownie.

Our hickory-fired barbecue is fully cooked, vacuum-sealed and shipped with dry ice and in durable, reusable, insulated coolers.

Shipped to Stay Fresh

Packages are shipped Monday through Thursday via FedEx for delivery within the same business week. Arrival dates are based on earliest possible date for your recipient. Most ground shipments will arrive within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping and handling charges are based on merchandise total per recipient address and shipping method. Express service for guaranteed arrival dates and/or Saturday delivery (where available) is optional for an additional charge.

Standard Shipping & Delivery Rates (per address)
  • Standard shipping method is FedEx Ground.
  • Shipping charges are applied to each shipping address provided.
  • Orders made by 11:30 a.m. (CT) will be processed that day and orders taken after 11:30 a.m. (CT) will be applied the following business day.

This product was smoked and flavored with perfection!! I thought Texas BBQ was good this exceeds that. Great packing for freezing and reheating. Also saves me all the hard work of smoking BBQ and tastes a lot better than mine!!!! Will order again!!!

Within the last 30 days we placed our first order and then our second order with Jack Stack BBQ. I suspect our garage freezers here in the White Mountains of Arizona will now always have product from Jack Stack. The Chopped Beef Brisket is wonderful. We enjoy eating the brisket on small flour taco's, while accompanied with the Cheesy Corn Bake, the Cheesy Potato Bake and the Hickory Pit Beans. I am getting hungry thinking about our dinner the other night!

I have had the good fortune of having a relative near KC introduce me to Jack Stack Barbecue, it is fantastic! They also are very good at delivery, my order came in perfect and on time. They have the reheating instructions in the box and it worked like they promised!

My 99 year old mother is in assisted living and grew up in Kansas City, Mo. She was waxing poetic about Kansas City BBQ brisket a few weeks ago and was a little down in spirits in general. I would imagine that day after day of eating institutional food would grind on one. So, I found my favorite Kansas City BBQ restaurant, Jack Stack online and went about making her wish come true. The meat was fresh and with plenty of sauce. She was over the moon and it showed with a drastic change in her spirits.
She will turn 100 on October 17th of this year and she will be getting another package from Jack Stack!! Thank you for making my elderly mother so happy!
