UNPACK & STORE: Your BBQ package arrives fully cooked, vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen to hold in all its flavor and moisture. Be careful with any leftover dry ice. No Dry Ice? No Problem. If it's still cool to touch, you can put the product in your freezer for up to six months.

THAW & HEAT: Thaw products in refrigerator for 24 to 72 hours depending on the density of the item. Some products may be boiled in their bag. For all other items remove the sealed plastic before heating.

To enjoy Jack Stack BBQ products at their best, proper heating is essential. We strongly encourage you to use your grill for heating meats when it's recommended. We do not recommend heating any of our products in the microwave with the exception of our two desserts, Mom's Carrot Cake and Triple Chocolate Brownie.

Lamb ribs are hard to get. I tried several options before Jack stack barbecue. Their lamb ribs are delicious: well cooked, nicely spiced, and ready to go.

These lamb ribs are perfect. I have gotten a rack without sauce a few times and the lamb ribs are still succulent! I always go to the Crown Center Location , Martin City, or Lees Summit, Missouri. I went to the plaza a few times, but in 2022 The Lanb Rib was too fatty and I got an upset stomach so now I stick with the other 4 locations. The 4th one being downtown Kansas City. Jack Stacks is still my #1 go to for BBQ LAMB RIBS!

These Lamb Ribs are sooo delicious!!! I was concerned that sharing this information might mean less for me, but to do so otherwise wasn't fair. So here I go...first, this product is gluten-free, so if you or a loved one has Celiacs Disease- go ahead and enjoy it!!! The lamb ribs are moist, tender, flavorful, yet crispy on the top. The BBQ sauce is what you'd want on any meat you'd be BBQing. These lamb ribs exceeded my expectations- so do me a favor and leave me some!!!

He love these ribs. I would meet him in our hometown Kansas City, KS, to visit our siblings for a few days for his B-Day on October 11th. We all would go to Jack Stack in Overland Park, KS. Since him and I haven't returned there in 3yrs, my sisters and I send them to him. Best lamb ribs we've ever tasted.
