UNPACK & STORE: Your BBQ package arrives fully cooked, vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen to hold in all its flavor and moisture. Be careful with any leftover dry ice. No Dry Ice? No Problem. If it's still cool to touch, you can put the product in your freezer for up to six months.

THAW & HEAT: Thaw products in refrigerator for 24 to 72 hours depending on the density of the item. Some products may be boiled in their bag. For all other items remove the sealed plastic before heating.

To enjoy Jack Stack BBQ products at their best, proper heating is essential. We strongly encourage you to use your grill for heating meats when it's recommended. We do not recommend heating any of our products in the microwave with the exception of our two desserts, Mom's Carrot Cake and Triple Chocolate Brownie.

I don't think so! I had my first Mom's Carrot Cake in 2015, on a bet with the waiter that it would be the best I've ever had. My side of the bet was that if it wasn't, dessert would be free. Not only did I pay up, The waiter earned a proud tip! Learning that Jack Stack ships the cakes has increased my gym time substantially!

My son Nicholas and I used to periodically hang out together down at the Plaza. We would walk through the shops, take photographs, laugh a lot and always round it up with a meal at Jack Stack. The food is so good, he finishes his plate every time. I am a lighter eater and can only eat half of portions, so I get a delicious lunch the next day too. We always take a piece of the Mom's Carrot Cake home to to share after we each take a few bites at the restaurant when it is fresh and hot. He left for boot camp in May of last year. While he was on leave in September we made our way to Jack Stacks before he went back. He is adjusting to his new base after Christmas and I wanted to send him a slice of home to his base in California. I saw that Jack Stack delivers!! So I ordered Nick a Mom's Carrot Cake and had it shipped to him. He called me elated and told me it was the best gift ever! Kind of pricey, but worth every penny! Thank you so much Jack Stack! We will see you when he gets home for leave again in May. Cheers!
