Handling Guidelines for your Jack Stack BBQ Shipment

UNPACK & STORE: Your BBQ package arrives fully cooked, vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen to hold in all its flavor and moisture. Be careful with any leftover dry ice. No Dry Ice? No Problem. If it's still cool to touch, you can put the product in your freezer for up to six months.

THAW & HEAT: Thaw products in refrigerator for 24 to 72 hours depending on the density of the item. Some products may be boiled in their bag. For all other items remove the sealed plastic before heating.

The Heating Guide

To enjoy Jack Stack BBQ products at their best, proper heating is essential. We strongly encourage you to use your grill for heating meats when it's recommended. We do not recommend heating any of our products in the microwave with the exception of our two desserts, Mom's Carrot Cake and Triple Chocolate Brownie.

Express service for guaranteed arrival dates and/or Saturday delivery (where available) is optional for an additional charge.

This is not something we normally eat, so I was looking forward to using my gift card. Never had your products before. I was surprised at how much meat was on them, and not so much fat, but still tender. I thought I ordered them without the sauce, but guess not. I did find the sauce a bit too spicy for us, I would have liked to just enjoy the smoky flavor without the sauce, maybe adding a bit of my own favorite sauce.

Jack Stack ribs are simply the best. In a city known for great barbecue, Jack Stack stands out. We have dined in their KC restaurants and that led us to order ribs and burnt ends delivered to our Minnesota home. They are so good, meaty, and prepared perfectly for delivery. The ribs were delicious and easy to prepare. Two small issues: one of the two racks had not had the membrane removed from the back as is customary when preparing ribs; we had to remove it. And the ribs came packed in a lot of sauce while we prefer less on our ribs. It was pretty easy to remove it, but would have been better to start with no sauce and add what we wanted. Otherwise, excellent!

Our family in Overland Park, first introduced us to Jack Stack 15 years ago and it's the only BBQ we go to, when in town. And when not in town, it's our only go to when ordering online for home delivery. Perfectly packaged and still frozen upon arrival. That says a lot since the delivery address is in Southern California. UNPACK & STORE: Your BBQ package arrives fully cooked, vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen to hold in all its flavor and moisture. Be careful with any leftover dry ice. No Dry Ice? No Problem. If it's still cool to touch, you can put the product in your freezer for up to six months.

THAW & HEAT: Thaw products in refrigerator for 24 to 72 hours depending on the density of the item. Some products may be boiled in their bag. For all other items remove the sealed plastic before heating.

To enjoy Jack Stack BBQ products at their best, proper heating is essential. We strongly encourage you to use your grill for heating meats when it's recommended. We do not recommend heating any of our products in the microwave with the exception of our two desserts, Mom's Carrot Cake and Triple Chocolate Brownie.

This is not something we normally eat, so I was looking forward to using my gift card. Never had your products before. I was surprised at how much meat was on them, and not so much fat, but still tender. I thought I ordered them without the sauce, but guess not. I did find the sauce a bit too spicy for us, I would have liked to just enjoy the smoky flavor without the sauce, maybe adding a bit of my own favorite sauce.

Jack Stack ribs are simply the best. In a city known for great barbecue, Jack Stack stands out. We have dined in their KC restaurants and that led us to order ribs and burnt ends delivered to our Minnesota home. They are so good, meaty, and prepared perfectly for delivery. The only problem I have is that my wife is not a fan of ribs on the bones. That was until she tried my slab. She is now a fan and devours them much like me, the family carnivore. Ribs were good but I did not want them sauced. I thought I had ordered them dry with 18 oz. of sauce on the side. I did get a bottle of sauce on the side but the ribs were packed in sauce too. They would have been better without the sauce.

The ribs were delicious and easy to prepare. Two small issues: one of the two racks had not had the membrane removed from the back as is customary when preparing ribs; we had to remove it. And the ribs came packed in a lot of sauce while we prefer less on our ribs. It was pretty easy to remove it, but would have been better to start with no sauce and add what we wanted. Otherwise, excellent!

First time trying Jack Stack Barbecue and I couldn't be more satisfied. I purchased several items to make a quick meal for family upon their return late in the day flying back from their trip to Disney... and they particularly loved the Baby Back Ribs, the wings and the two .sides of pit beans and cheesy potatoes. The ribs were moist and fall off the bone delicious! Thank you very much jackstackbbq. I will definitely be a return customer.

Ribs came in 2 half slab pouches, which is ideal for my wife and I. Warmed thru on the grill. Wish I knew how to come close to being this tender yet still maintain a certain firmness on the palate. Flavour just cannot be beat (in my humble opinion).

Ordered for my son in New Jersey. Placing the order was easy. Order arrived the day before my specified date and the shipment was perfect. Prepping directions were included with the baby back ribs order, so my son put them in his freezer with the intension of eating them on Christmas Eve... But... My son and one of my grandsons tested positive for Covid on the Monday before Christmas... Soooo no one will be eating the ribs until they are healthy. When they do finally eat them, I will post an update review. Until then, I can only hope that they recover quickly.

I was in Kansas city and had dinner at One of your Restaurants, I loved the Food. When I got Back home to eastern North Carolina I placed my order so my wife who loves ribs could try this great food. Baby back rib gift for my sister -- her family loves them! I do too! My aunt gave them to our family for Christmas. Jack Stack is an exciting and very welcome gift! My sister had them the day they arrived and she said they were delicious. My dad sent them to my uncle for Christmas, and his family also ate them the day they arrived. Enough said!

It's Rare to have frozen food taste as good as this did. I have eaten at Jack stacks many times and this was just as good as eating at the restaurant. The only bad thing was the Chiefs lost the Super Bowl

Delivered, Baby Back Ribs from Jack Stack is as good, as it is, table side at our favorite table at the Plaza!!! Our family in Overland Park, first introduced us to Jack Stack 15 years ago and it's the only BBQ we go to, when in town. And when not in town, it's our only go to when ordering online for home delivery. Perfectly packaged and still frozen upon arrival. That says a lot since the delivery address is in Southern California. My husband and I do a great job, finishing off the ribs, but there always seems to be a little something left for the pups to lick off. Thanks JS!!!!!
