UNPACK & STORE: Your BBQ package arrives fully cooked, vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen to hold in all its flavor and moisture. Be careful with any leftover dry ice. No Dry Ice? No Problem. If it's still cool to touch, you can put the product in your freezer for up to six months.

THAW & HEAT: Thaw products in refrigerator for 24 to 72 hours depending on the density of the item. Some products may be boiled in their bag. For all other items remove the sealed plastic before heating.

The Heating Guide

To enjoy Jack Stack BBQ products at their best, proper heating is essential. We strongly encourage you to use your grill for heating meats when it's recommended. We do not recommend heating any of our products in the microwave with the exception of our two desserts, Mom's Carrot Cake and Triple Chocolate Brownie.

This was a 70yh Birthday present for my father who lives in the Gulf Coast, but loves KC BBQ. Ordering was easy and was shipped and arrived at my father's house without issue. Brisket was the best I've had. The burnt ends were meaty and not just chunks of fat like I've had at other places. Perfect amount of smoke and the sauce was delicious with just a hint of heat. The beans were amazing! Sweet and smoky and just delicious!

I sent this to my brother in Atlanta. It arrived as scheduled. It arrived in great shape. And along with an order of cheesy corn was plenty for a family of 4 adults. Cannot forget the cheesy corn. They said that everything was great. Better than advertised.
