UNPACK & STORE: Your BBQ package arrives fully cooked, vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen to hold in all its flavor and moisture. Be careful with any leftover dry ice. No Dry Ice? No Problem. If it's still cool to touch, you can put the product in your freezer for up to six months.

THAW & HEAT: Thaw products in refrigerator for 24 to 72 hours depending on the density of the item. Some products may be boiled in their bag. For all other items remove the sealed plastic before heating.

To enjoy Jack Stack BBQ products at their best, proper heating is essential. We strongly encourage you to use your grill for heating meats when it's recommended. My brother in law always request JackStackBBQ for his birthday. I ordered a different package this time, and both of the guys were asking if they were getting beans at the same time, They LOVE the baked beans. If they could get ribs, and beans they would be completely satisfied. This time i ordered the package with the Sausages and they were thrilled. They weren't to spicy but were tender not greasy and had a Great flavor. I now have another option when i order for the guys, The slice beef brisket is always a hit, and of course they always get ribs. My brother in law has been getting Jack Stack for his birthday and holidays for the last 15 yrs, and that is still the only thing he wants me to send him. easy Shopping for Me and great Satisfaction for my Brother in Law.

We moved from Kansas City to Virginia a few years ago and recently discovered Jack Stack shipping. We were really excited, because we have missed KC barbeque SO much! Everything arrived perfectly. We got the bbq sausage, chopped beef and pork burnt ends. Following the super easy prep instructions, it all came out incredibly delicious- just like we remember it at the restaurant.

We ordered the Big Taste of Kansas City for my sister and her family as a Holiday/Birthday Gift. I was concerned that the barbeque assortment might not sustain the lengthy trip to Texas but it was well preserved and protected in the disposable cooler packed with ice. The Big Taste of Kansas City arrived in time to celebrate a Kansas City Chiefs WIN! A double success. They were quite pleased and grateful for the wonderful Jack Stack Barbeque.
