Handling Guidelines for your Jack Stack BBQ Shipment

UNPACK & STORE: Your BBQ package arrives fully cooked, vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen to hold in all its flavor and moisture. Be careful with any leftover dry ice. No Dry Ice? No Problem. If it's still cool to touch, you can put the product in your freezer for up to six months.

THAW & HEAT: Thaw products in refrigerator for 24 to 72 hours depending on the density of the item. Some products may be boiled in their bag. For all other items remove the sealed plastic before heating.

The Heating Guide

To enjoy Jack Stack BBQ products at their best, proper heating is essential. We strongly encourage you to use your grill for heating meats when it's recommended. We do not recommend heating any of our products in the microwave with the exception of our two desserts, Mom's Carrot Cake and Triple Chocolate Brownie.

Our hickory-fired barbecue is fully cooked, vacuum-sealed and shipped with dry ice and in durable, reusable, insulated coolers.

Shipped to Stay Fresh

Packages are shipped Monday through Thursday via FedEx for delivery within the same business week. Arrival dates are based on earliest possible date for your recipient. Most ground shipments will arrive within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping and handling charges are based on merchandise total per recipient address and shipping method. Express service for guaranteed arrival dates and/or Saturday delivery (where available) is optional for an additional charge.

Standard shipping method is FedEx Ground.
Shipping charges are applied to each shipping address provided.
Orders made by 11:30 a.m. (CT) will be processed that day and orders taken after 11:30 a.m. (CT) will be applied the following business day.

Per my wife, who visited the restaurant in Kansas City during June, she asked for the BBQ sauce. I looked it up and saw that they had rubs and sauce, so I had two bottles sauce and one of rub sent out. The rub and sauce are simply outstanding. Now I know why she wanted some here in Colorado. Keep up the excellent work and we'll keep buying these products.

My husband's colleagues had a business trip to Kansas City. They had dinner here and brought back some sauces for him. We all love the flavors! Especially our teenage son. We actually ordered the Mustard BBQ and steak rub for him for Christmas. He was SO excited to receive it! LOL!!! We will are planning a road trip to KC this summer just to have an actual meal at Jack Stack! lol
