Awesome Service!!!

I ordered several products from you including the Best Sellers Buffet, some extra burnt ends, sausage and chicken wings (and 2 cakes - they are great). They were supposed to be shipped a week before Christmas, just in time for some playoff football. When I didn't get the order on the date I specified (which has never happened to me before), I called into your hotline and spoke to a young woman - didn't write her name down (sorry). We reviewed the shipping and found it was sent out of Missouri and ended up in Illinois. I live in Missouri as well so it was obvious the shipping company made a mistake. Even though the issue was not Jack Stack's, your Service Department - without question - told me if the order ever did show up - throw it away since it most likely thawed and would not be good to eat. She immediately looked at my order and stated Jack Stack would send out the replacement package overnight to me. She stated there would be no charge for the entire order (over $500), plus shipping. Outstanding service! Ever since leaving KC a long time ago, I occasionally order some BBQ for special events. Your products are great, your service is exceptional. Each time I drive near KC, this is one of my first stops. Keep up the great BBQ and service, your customers truly appreciate it. Thanks Again.

Perfect Super Bowl Meal

What's better than watching the Kansas City Chiefs win the Super Bowl? Watching them win while enjoying an awesome catered meal from the BEST Barbecue restaurant in the country! I first experienced Jack Stack in Sept 2023 when my family and I travelled to KC to see the Chicago Bears take on the Chiefs. We were SO impressed with the food, that we had it shipped to us in Chicago for Super Bowl Sunday.....and we were NOT disappointed! Kudos to the Chiefs AND Jack Stack! You both have a fan for life!
