All orders ship via FedEx.

Delivery Dates & Service Levels

  • FedEx Home/Ground: May arrive 1–3 days before or after your requested date. Items will arrive cold and safe.
    • $29.99 Flat Rate Ground Shipping applies to orders under $149.
    • $14.99 Flat Rate Ground Shipping applies to orders between $149 and $199.
    • Free Ground Shipping applies to orders $199 or more.
  • Overnight shipping: Choose this option if you require a guaranteed delivery date.  Orders place before 10:30 am ct can ship out same day.
    • $79.99 Overnight Shipping

Shipping Days

To protect product freshness, we do not ship for Monday arrivals.

Where We Ship

  • United States (contiguous): Available via Ground or Overnight.
  • Alaska & Hawaii: Available via Overnight only. 
  • International (including Canada): Not available at this time.

Signature Release & Delivery Attempts

We have a signature-release waiver with FedEx so packages can be left if the location is safe. If the driver determines the location isn’t secure (e.g., inaccessible apartment or busy street), the package may be held at a terminal.

Tip: If delivery could be tricky, consider shipping to a work address or a nearby friend/relative.

Important: It’s the purchaser’s responsibility to notify the recipient that a perishable shipment is on the way.

Address Changes

If you entered an incorrect address, please contact Customer Care immediately at (877) 419-7427. Address changes after packing begins can add a 24–48 hour delay.

Packaging & Product Condition on Arrival

  • All barbecue is fully cooked before shipping. Meats are vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen; sides are shipped frozen in sturdy containers.
  • Orders are packed in an insulated cooler with dry ice and/or gel packs based on transit time.  Be careful with any leftover ice.
  • Items are shipped frozen and may begin thawing during transit.  If it's still cool to the touch, you can refrigerate the unopened product for up to 8 days or put it in the freezer for up to six months.

Thaw & Heat Instructions

  • Thaw your products in the refrigerator for 24 to 72 hours depending on the density of the item. 
  • Some products may be boiled in the bag.  For all other items, remove the sealed plastic before heating.
