UNPACK & STORE: Your BBQ package arrives fully cooked, vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen to hold in all its flavor and moisture. Be careful with any leftover dry ice. No Dry Ice? No Problem. If it's still cool to touch, you can put the product in your freezer for up to six months.

THAW & HEAT: Thaw products in refrigerator for 24 to 72 hours depending on the density of the item. Some products may be boiled in their bag. For all other items remove the sealed plastic before heating.

To enjoy Jack Stack BBQ products at their best, proper heating is essential. We strongly encourage you to use your grill for heating meats when it's recommended. We do not recommend heating any of our products in the microwave with the exception of our two desserts, Mom's Carrot Cake and Triple Chocolate Brownie.

I am from KC but have lived in California for 20 years. I order Jack Stack a couple times per year and for the Super Bowl. Everything is nearly as good as the restaurant. Ribs. Brisket. Pulled pork. Cheesy corn. Baked Beans. All delish. I only wish they could ditch the styrofoam cooler that it ships in. It is so wasteful and NEVER biodegrades.

The brisket had the same great flavor as the in-restaurant brisket, but I wish it were leaner. At the restaurant, it is possible to request a lean cut. I wish this were also an option for the shipped brisket. That's just a personal preference though!

I've been addicted to Jack Stack BBQ (beginning with Smoke Stack) since childhood, seven decades in the past. There's simply no Jack Stack food I don't love and that certainly includes the sliced beef brisket - my personal favorite, so tender, smoky, and delicious.

We were forced to move away from KC by children and grandchildren, but thank goodness we're able to have Jack Stack delicacies delivered. All that is missing is great restaurant service and the delectable cole slaw (can't be shipped).

I've lived many places across the nation related to corporate relocations and dined around the world. There's no substitute for Jack Stack BBQ in my opinion!

Years ago we were in Kanas city for a wedding and as part of that trip we went to Jack Stack's by the train station. Among other things I had the brisket which I fell in love with. My husband loves beef brisket but could not find any good brisket in our area. I happened to come across the website for Jack Stack Barbecue and decided to order some and give it a try. I thought I would surprise him, all the while keeping my fingers crossed that is would be better than what he could find. When the brisket arrived, it was packaged very nicely and there was a heating guide that was so easy to refer to. Needless to say my husband heated it up for dinner that night and he said it was the best he ever tasted. I usually never ordered the brisket anywhere because I don't care for meat that is chewy and fatty. I have to honestly tell you this brisket is not only my husband's favorite but also mine. The meat had no fat, excellent piece of meat, not chewy at all, just melted in your mouth, and it was so tasteful we couldn't stop eating it. Would I recommend this to others? Anywhere, anytime, to anybody. In fact, I had just placed an order for more brisket, the sausage, the pulled pork and pulled chicken, and the burnt ends. Just got it. Can't wait to bite into all this deliciousness!

We love Love sliced brisket and have travel the country and tried brisket in many places. Alice's Restaurant in Woodside, CA got us hooked on it. The best was from Jim n' Nicks in the south. Then dear sister sent us Jack Stack for Christmas. Blew us away and now it's at the top of the long list. Definitely the best. Sorry we aren't visiting Kansas City in the near future, but thankful I can order online. The Northeast is not known for brisket, but gotta do what you need to online to get our fix. I keep changing my mind as to what is my favorite, but this time around it is definitely the brisket. Tender, moist and incredibly tasty. Anyone who even thinks they might like brisket must try this. Just kinda wish it was packed in smaller portions. Like for a family of 2, as 28oz is too much for one sitting. Fortunately, it does refreeze with no apparent loss of texture or flavor, so no biggie.

We had to relocate for grandchildren, but thank goodness for Jack Stack delivery. The delicious taste, melt in your mouth tender brisket is exactly like the restaurant fare, minus great table service and atmosphere - it's hard to package the latter. The vacuum packaging in heavy weight plastic is perfect. Deliveries are by courier (Fedex always in our case) and everything arrives on the date ordered. Packing includes a heavy cardboard box and then a very nice styrofoam box inside of that. Food is flash frozen with a generous amount of dry ice. We've never had a delivery that even began to thaw, not even in Oklahoma summer heat. Jack Stack delivery is of the same high quality service and taste as the restaurants are famous for. Thanks to the Jack Stack team for not throwing us expat's under the bus. We love you and your BBQ!

I am from KC but have lived in California for 20 years. I order Jack Stack a couple times per year and for the Super Bowl. Everything is nearly as good as the restaurant. Ribs. Brisket. Pulled pork. Cheesy corn. Baked Beans. All delish. I only wish they could ditch the styrofoam cooler that it ships in. It is so wasteful and NEVER biodegrades.

The brisket had the same great flavor as the in-restaurant brisket, but I wish it were leaner. At the restaurant, it is possible to request a lean cut. I wish this were also an option for the shipped brisket. That's just a personal preference though!

I've been addicted to Jack Stack BBQ (beginning with Smoke Stack) since childhood, seven decades in the past. There's simply no Jack Stack food I don't love and that certainly includes the sliced beef brisket - my personal favorite, so tender, smoky, and delicious.

We were forced to move away from KC by children and grandchildren, but thank goodness we're able to have Jack Stack delicacies delivered. All that is missing is great restaurant service and the delectable cole slaw (can't be shipped).

I've lived many places across the nation related to corporate relocations and dined around the world. There's no substitute for Jack Stack BBQ in my opinion!

Years ago we were in Kanas city for a wedding and as part of that trip we went to Jack Stack's by the train station. Among other things I had the brisket which I fell in love with. So recently I thought about that meal and I decided to go online and ordered some. Pricey but delicious for sure. I only wish that there was a bit more of the bbq sauce in the package.

My husband loves beef brisket but could not find any good brisket in our area. I happened to come across the website for Jack Stack Barbecue and decided to order some and give it a try. I thought I would surprise him, all the while keeping my fingers crossed that is would be better than what he could find. When the brisket arrived, it was packaged very nicely and there was a heating guide that was so easy to refer to. Needless to say my husband heated it up for dinner that night and he said it was the best he ever tasted. I usually never ordered the brisket anywhere because I don't care for meat that is chewy and fatty. I have to honestly tell you this brisket is not only my husband's favorite but also mine. The meat had no fat, excellent piece of meat, not chewy at all, just melted in your mouth, and it was so tasteful we couldn't stop eating it. Would I recommend this to others? Anywhere, anytime, to anybody. In fact, I had just placed an order for more brisket, the sausage, the pulled pork and pulled chicken, and the burnt ends. Just got it. Can't wait to bite into all this deliciousness!

We love Love sliced brisket and have travel the country and tried brisket in many places. Alice's Restaurant in Woodside, CA got us hooked on it. The best was from Jim n' Nicks in the south. Then dear sister sent us Jack Stack for Christmas. Blew us away and now it's at the top of the long list. Definitely the best. Sorry we aren't visiting Kansas City in the near future, but thankful I can order online. The Northeast is not known for brisket, but gotta do what you need to online to get our fix. I keep changing my mind as to what is my favorite, but this time around it is definitely the brisket. Tender, moist and incredibly tasty. Anyone who even thinks they might like brisket must try this. Just kinda wish it was packed in smaller portions. Like for a family of 2, as 28oz is too much for one sitting. Fortunately, it does refreeze with no apparent loss of texture or flavor, so no biggie.

We had to relocate for grandchildren, but thank goodness for Jack Stack delivery. The delicious taste, melt in your mouth tender brisket is exactly like the restaurant fare, minus great table service and atmosphere - it's hard to package the latter. The vacuum packaging in heavy weight plastic is perfect. Deliveries are by courier (Fedex always in our case) and everything arrives on the date ordered. Packing includes a heavy cardboard box and then a very nice styrofoam box inside of that. Food is flash frozen with a generous amount of dry ice. We've never had a delivery that even began to thaw, not even in Oklahoma summer heat. Jack Stack delivery is of the same high quality service and taste as the restaurants are famous for. Thanks to the Jack Stack team for not throwing us expat's under the bus. We love you and your BBQ!

I love being able to have access to food that I grew up on. There are many different styles and flavor tastes of BBQ. But for me, Kansas City BBQ always brings me home. I love the burnt ends.
