Handling Guidelines for your Jack Stack BBQ Shipment

UNPACK & STORE: Your BBQ package arrives fully cooked, vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen to hold in all its flavor and moisture. Be careful with any leftover dry ice. No Dry Ice? No Problem. If it's still cool to touch, you can put the product in your freezer for up to six months.

THAW & HEAT: Thaw products in refrigerator for 24 to 72 hours depending on the density of the item. Some products may be boiled in their bag. For all other items remove the sealed plastic before heating.

To enjoy Jack Stack BBQ products at their best, proper heating is essential. We strongly encourage you to use your grill for heating meats when it's recommended. We do not recommend heating any of our products in the microwave with the exception of our two desserts, Mom's Carrot Cake and Triple Chocolate Brownie.

I was excited about the ribs and the burnt ends. Added in these sausages to meet the shipping requirement. However, the sausages were the BEST thing in the cooler (and the ribs and burnt ends were excellent). Smokey excellence. Best sausages I have ever had. I will be ordering these for every summer celebration we have coming up!

I ordered sausage, burnt tips and brisket and am delighted with all three choices. I gave 1/2 of my burnt tips and the 12 ounce brisket pouch to my boss and he loved them. It's quite a compliment since he and his family are Vietnamese. They pride themselves on fine and healthy food. You have satisfied me and you have a new customer.

We live in the south & so miss our KC barbecue, so we order frequently from Jack Stack. It is as good as if we were sitting in your restaurant eating it in person. the only complaint I ever have is with the fed ex delivery. It is constently 1-2 days late with each order & we have only received notification from them of delivery, but thankfully, Jack Stack's supplies more coolant than necessary to allow for this - we have ordered a variety. the Memorial day order was Lamb ribs, pork ribs, sausage, burnt ends. Absolutely mouth watering and the reheat directions are perfect. Thank you for having online service so we can continue eating our favorite Barbecue!!!!!

We have tried many meats and sides from Jack Stack and there are some that are really good, and others that are like out of this world - (chopped brisket and the beans are unbelievable)!!! This was the first time we tried the sausage though and I'd just call it OK - we aren't big sausage people to start with, but I don't think we'd buy it again. Jack Stack as a whole - oh yeah, we'll keep buying - find your things you like with them and you'll be super happy!
