UNPACK & STORE: Your BBQ package arrives fully cooked, vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen to hold in all its flavor and moisture. Be careful with any leftover dry ice. No Dry Ice? No Problem. If it's still cool to touch, you can put the product in your freezer for up to six months.

THAW & HEAT: Thaw products in refrigerator for 24 to 72 hours depending on the density of the item. Some products may be boiled in their bag. For all other items remove the sealed plastic before heating.

To enjoy Jack Stack BBQ products at their best, proper heating is essential. We strongly encourage you to use your grill for heating meats when it's recommended. We do not recommend heating any of our products in the microwave with the exception of our two desserts, Mom's Carrot Cake and Triple Chocolate Brownie.

Our hickory-fired barbecue is fully cooked, vacuum-sealed and shipped with dry ice and in durable, reusable, insulated coolers.

Shipped to Stay Fresh

Packages are shipped Monday through Thursday via FedEx for delivery within the same business week. Arrival dates are based on earliest possible date for your recipient. Most ground shipments will arrive within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping and handling charges are based on merchandise total per recipient address and shipping method. Express service for guaranteed arrival dates and/or Saturday delivery (where available) is optional for an additional charge.

Standard Shipping & Delivery Rates (per address)
  • Standard shipping method is FedEx Ground.
  • Shipping charges are applied to each shipping address provided.
  • Orders made by 11:30 a.m. (CT) will be processed that day and orders taken after 11:30 a.m. (CT) will be applied the following business day.

Good-n-hot or hot-n-good, either way you put it, this sauce is both good and it's hot. Great flavor and enough heat to make you taste buds jump up and say "oh yea!"

I have never been a great, great fan of BBQ sauces. Well, that's until I tasted the Jack Stack Hot Sauce in Kansas City. Now that's all I want, all the time. The sauce is not overly sweet as many other BBQ sauce, but just right. It's mighty tangy and a bit spicy without being too hot - just perfect. I now live in Sweden and it's sad it's so hard to get it delivered here, but with a little help from my traveling friends it can be done. BTW, if stored cold, it keeps much longer than the specified best before date, years longer, actually. I had a bottle that I used sparingly for several years during the pandemic until I managed to stack up on more. It tasted almost as good in the end as the new stuff.

Also, most recently, I had some problems with the ordering, mainly because I got the time for delivery wrong, but that was quickly and very attentively sorted out by the Jack Stack customer service when I approached them. All in all, a very pleasant buying experience, thanks a million.
