I have always been happy with Jack Stack BBQ. This time was no exception.

They arrived on time. They were not frozen; most of ice had already thawed. I did not put them in the freezer. Easy to warm on the oven two days later. They were more spicy hot than expected taken away the real flavor of the meat. We would like to have them less spicy.

Ribs were perfect! They were a birthday present and arrived on the day of the birthday, it was fabulous!

Introduced friends from South Carolina and Texas to KC BBQ. They loved the ribs, burnt ends and the beans. Father's Day was a hit.
