I use the original meat and poultry rub on ribs, pork roasts and pork shoulders. I use it really any time I am barbecuing or smoking meat or chicken. It has it all....smokey, savory, a little bit of heat but not too hot, and a hint of sweet but not overpowering. I have run out and tried others and all have been a swing and a miss.

Fantastic rub spices without all the sugar! Whoop Whoop
Most rubs have a ton of sugar, we don't need that on our smoked briskets and chicken. Give me a great fresh taste evertime, I'll add sugar on my own, thank you very much. That aside, my blind-taste-tests continually rate this rub as the best. I have been ordering it to ship to Portland(where I live) for about 5+ years now. Ever since I tried it at the BBQ Jack Stack place in Kansas City.

This is a Bomb meat rub. When I visited KC a few years ago the server when I picked up an order to go gave me a few Rubs as a gift, we are from California, and we are forever Grateful! We all loved this rub and it's my little secret because everyone that tries my rib absolutely fall in love with them because of the Amazing Rub.Thank you!
